Acon Projects FZ-LLC is responsible for information it handles in connection with this website and its enquiries. Contact contact@acon.tr or write to the registered address shown in the Legal Notice. A group company receiving a referred enquiry is responsible for its own subsequent handling.
Information received
When you email, call or send a career introduction, the company receives the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, company, project requirements, correspondence and professional background. Hosting and access providers may process network and browser information for site delivery, security and access control.
The enquiry and career forms
When online delivery is enabled, enquiry and career forms send the information you provide to our server for validation and delivery through Hostinger Mail to contact@acon.tr. Career applications include the selected CV. CVs are forwarded as email attachments rather than stored in a separate website file collection. Temporary pseudonymous request counters limit repeated submissions. Until delivery is enabled, please use email or a direct channel; the form keeps your entries in your current browser page.
Search and filtering
Search, portfolio filters and map controls operate within your browser. Search text is not transmitted to Acon Projects through a separate search service.
Use of information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential engagements, manage business relationships and assess professional introductions. Processing takes place with consent where required or on an applicable lawful basis, including the steps needed for a proposed or existing contractual relationship and legal obligations.
Recipients and international handling
Relevant personnel, service providers and the company suited to an enquiry may receive the information needed to respond. International business communications and hosting can involve processing outside your country. Applicable safeguards and transfer requirements are considered where the relevant law requires them.
Retention and security
Correspondence is retained according to its purpose, ongoing business or recruitment needs and applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is to be removed or anonymised. Do not include bank details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in a general enquiry.
Rights and requests
Depending on the applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact contact@acon.tr and identify the information or correspondence concerned. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority.
Applicable framework
Personal-data handling is subject to applicable UAE data-protection requirements and any other law that applies to the relevant processing. The UAE federal framework includes Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the Protection of Personal Data, subject to its scope and exceptions.

External map and company links open separate services. This edition does not embed marketing trackers, social feeds or analytics. This notice will be updated when the website or its information handling changes.
